About
Hovi Advisory is leveraging on more than 30 years of hands-on experience from international companies and ultra large projects around the world, including onshore process facilities; drillships- and rigs; floating production, storage and offloading facilities; LNG; offshore wind and cable laying, sea farming and shipping, covering all project phases from front-end engineering and design of new-builds and conversions, modifications, installation and decommissioning.
Our work has given us in depth knowledge and understanding of the practical implications of complying to new and challenging requirements, such as ESG and Sustainability, Transparency Act, UN Global Compact, EU, OECD, ILO etc.

Founding partner and CEO
Kai Hovi
Kai is the founding partner and CEO of Hovi Advisory. He has 30 years of hands-on experience as Quality, HSE & Risk Manager from international companies and ultra large projects, mainly in the energy sector but also infrastructure and property development. He has a proven track record helping businesses develop management systems that not only meet the requirements of standards and clients but also provides a practical toolbox to the organisation.
Kai is a certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) and has carried out more than 150 audits world-wide.
He is a member of SN/K 149 Quality Management (Standard Norge’s subcommittee to ISO/TC ISO/TC 176) and has a decade of experience from working abroad (Singapore and South Korea).
Kai is currently engaged by Cedar LNG on a long-term contract as HSEQ Manager, FLNG for the Cedar LNG project.
Although his availability is currently limited, he is available for advisory work and audits.

Heidi E. Jørgensen
Heidi has more than 40 years’ experience within Project Management, Procurement & Contract Management, Quality, Risk and HSE Management including audits in multinational companies and ultra-large projects, mainly within the energy sector including renewables, lately public project related to securing power for important buildings, both onshore and offshore/subsea.
She is a dedicated professional and strong advocate for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the supply chain and supporting suppliers building a more sustainable supply chain.
As a Senior Advisor in Hovi Advisory, Heidi is providing services globally for transformation and improvement Implementation, Quality and Risk Management (QRM), Procurement and Contract Management, Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).
